1. Description of Service

Lenep is an online marketplace that enables users to buy and sell educational notes in digital document formats (PDF, DOCX).
We provide a secure payment system through Paystack and tools for users to upload, list, and download notes.

2. User Roles

Buyer – Purchases notes from sellers on the Platform.
Seller – Uploads and sells notes.
General User – Browses and may download free resources.
Admin – Manages and moderates the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Lenep.
By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Nigerian law.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Uploading Content

Only PDF or DOCX files are allowed.
You must own the rights to the notes you upload or have permission to sell them.
Uploading plagiarized, copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
Lenep may remove any content without notice if it violates our rules.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
Prices are set by sellers.
No refunds will be provided after purchase, except where required by law.

7. Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user:

Contact the other party to resolve the issue.
If unresolved, contact Lenep Support at [insert email].
Our decision will be final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform for illegal purposes.
Upload viruses or malicious software.
Attempt to bypass payment systems.
Harass, defraud, or mislead other users.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

You breach these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
You misuse the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lenep is not responsible for:

Accuracy, quality, or legality of notes sold.
Losses, damages, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
Payment disputes beyond our control.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and branding belong to Lenep Technologies.
Users retain rights to their uploaded notes but grant Lenep a license to display and distribute them for sale.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
